Admin Panel Top Left Corner Of Website

Hi

On admin panel on the top left corner of website there is 2 buttons

1 is shopping cart icon

second one is store name

I would like to change shopping cart icon to the "Go to the website"

Store name to the "Admin panel"

which files I need to edit?
