Admin area ok in Chrome not found sometimes in Safari. When I turned off my computer and turned back on taht helps. Note for almost 20 years no problem before today… Using an iMac

If it occured once and only once, it could as well be a temporary issue with your iMac or Safari Browser, not with the CS-Cart panel. In order to investigate any issue, it must be re-creatable consistently.
