Admin keeps 'loading' until internal 500 error

I am using 2.0.12

On the admin side of things I am having a real problem making a batch of products ‘active’ The action brings admin to a halt and the loading sign stays up until I get a intenal 500 error?

Can anyone help on this, I have recently upgraded the site from 2.0.10, would this be anything to do with it?

Error 500 = Mod_security Regex modifications are necessary, contact your webhost

Is this quite a major thing do you think, never had the problem on the last version of CS CART, so is it something that happened since the upgrade?

Is it something that I can do?

Not a major thing so long as your host in knowledgeable.

Depends how you see it, hosts can custom tailor a solution to block certain keywords, calls for files or terms.



In this senario, CS-Cart may have released a new file set that is triggered by it’s inclusion of keywords etc, hence the Error 500 message.



Not something you can do → speak to your host regarding what you just told us :wink:
