Admin doesn't receive email

Hello,



I’v got problem, if on my site is placed any order I do not receive any e-mail, same with gift sertificates.

I have checked all email settings and found nothing wrong with them. Realy need help.

I just dealt with this exact same problem last night. I fixed it by logging into my admin and going to orders - order statuses. Here you will see the statuses of the orders. Click on each one that you want to have emailed and click the box that says “notify customer”

I only get emails when the order has been changed to processed and not just open.

You may want to check to see that your settings are correct in Orders then Order statuses.



And try changing an order to Processed and see if you get the email.

But I was talking aboud message to admin, my customers gets an email, bus I’m as administrator not getting email of the order

Yes, that was my exact same problem. I don’t understand why this is, but once I checked the box I received emails as the admin just fine. Go figure.
