Hello,
We present you a new extension to CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor which allows integrating store with customer opinion management system Trustmate.io.
Add-on requires creating an account on https://trustmate.ioand obtaining unique company UUID.
We start from installing an extension:
Add-on configuration contains three tabs. Tab "General" contains a field to type Trustmate UUID, and also configuration options for sending e-mail opinion invitations to customers.
Tab "Widget" contains Trustmate widgets that can be enabled in store. Each widget has an example image, and description of its usage.
Tab FAQ contains additional information about Trustmate integration.
In menu "Customers" an additional tab "Trustmate logs" is available, which contains all the information about used widgets and triggered JS scripts.
Depending on enabled widget, various new Trustmate elements will appear around the store. Below example shows a widget display average rating of product in Trustmate.
Other example are widgets showing on main store page, displaying company reviews:
