Extension to CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor allows configuring RODO (GDPR) agreements in defined places in store.
We start from installing an extension:
In extension configuration we can set personal data administrator e-mail and company name. These values are used in agreements and are available under tags {MAIL} and {COMPANY_DATA}:
Under "Website" tab a new menu appeared, which allows managing agreements. System is made of four parts which create complete system of managing agreements.
First part are agreements, that are displayed to customer during registering, placing orders and other. We can add any amount of agreements which are displayed in chosen parts of store:
Each agreement requires parameters:
- Name - text which appears near description field
- Formula/statement - full agreement, display depends on field "Displaying the formula"
- Place - list of places where agreement should appear
- Message template when accepted - mail sent when customers accepts agreement
- Message template when refusing - mail sent when customers refuses agreement
- Required - if agreement requires confirmation
- Displaying the element - if agreement is displayed always or only once
- Only formula - mark if formula does not require marking checkbox
- ID Addon - type addon id and set "Place" to Addon, connects agreement with other add-ons

- Count char - amount of chars that should appear in agreement, it will be displayed in seperate window

Agreements with type "Forms" also appear in forms configuration, where you can set if they should appear near form and in which order:
In addon you can also define message templates, which are send to customer when he accepts or refuses agreement. Ready templates can be assigned to agreement in fields "Message template when accepted" and "Message template when refused".
We can also define sepearate messages for admins and customers (which makes configuring e-mail filters a lot easier) and we can turn on/off sending e-mail notifications:
Customer can manage his agreement in special panel:
List of agreements looks as shown below. Table shown exact information about each agreement:
Customer can also send request to delete account and all his personal data (law to be forgotten). Administrator can verify request of deleting account and accept it. Account will be deleted with all its data.
In administration panel, on each order details we can see customer agreements.
