Could you please describe it in more detail?
the social buttons are set to disabled (set to inactive) at the start point and on user interaction (on hover is is a msg displayed with some legal information) can be enabled for sharing
simple on / off switch
this is a new eu rule for social network sharing aka transfering data to 3rd parties bla bla...
