eBay orders export for the multivendor version works only for admin. Vendors can not export orders from eBay.
Thank you.

good news!!
do i have to uninstall the old version and then install the new version?
Hi
How does/can this addon handle ebay variants/product options?
Is this available for v3.x? If so, I will probably be buying soon. Thanks
I have a question about this mod. It states that when an item on ebay sell's, it is subtracted from the store inventory. My question is, what if you have only 1 of an item, and it is listed on ebay, but while it is listed on ebay, the item sells from the site…Will it cancel the eBay listing?

Dear carbjetkits, please do the following:
1. Download the archive with the new “Ebay orders export” add-on (v.1.3).
2. Unpack the archive's content and upload files to your server in the root directory with the installed CS-Cart.
3. Go to Administration → Add-ons, Uninstall “Ebay orders export” add-on and Install it again.
4. That's all.

Dear BarryH, thank you for the question. Unfortunately “eBay orders export add-on” doesn't handle product options. Ordered product is exported without considering product options.

The add-on works only in one direction. It exports orders from eBay. If a product listed on ebay is sold from the site, ebay listing will not be canceled.
Dear friends! Please note, this add-on is developed without any investment, it means that the developer spends his own free time on adding new features to this add-on. It's not a trivial task to handle product options or to make the add-on handle inventory two-way, that's why there are no such features. They can be added within our custom development service.

Sounds good. I would like to request a feature/option for future releases maybe. Maybe have an option that if you have items listed on ebay, then they are invisible from the actual site, that way you do not sell the item while it is listed on ebay, then maybe after auctions end, if it does not sale, it will re-enable itself on the site

I do this by creating a hidden category with hidden products where all my ebay items are located at,

Dear parodius420!
Unfortunately, currently we are not planning to add this feature. You can follow a good recommendation by carbjetkits.

Was looking through this to see if I wanted it as I sell a lot on ebay.
Without the variation details it would be no good as 95% of my sales are on variations.
If I sold a ribbon my variation on ebay may be colour and length. without this information there on cscart I would have to trawl through selling manager which would defeat the whole idea of this addon and confuse everything.
When this comes I'll be interested.
Dear mrfoameruk!
We are thinking over including options because it will really make the add-on more useful but it is difficult to tell you exactly then it will be implemented. Hopefully, we will add the possibility to export product options in February.

Dear Alt-Team,
Will this post back the shipped status (with tracking number) to eBay or would this need to be done manually?
Thanks!
-Tim
Hello Tim Hensel!
No, the shipped status is not posted back to eBay, unfortunately it is necessary to do it manually.
The add-on works one-way only, it exports the orders from eBay to CS-Cart admin.
Merry Christmas!
Ok on this addon. Do I have to click a button in the admin area or something, for it to go out to my ebay account and see if an item sold etc? Kinda confused on how it works. THanks
Dear parodius420!
Please read the documentation for this add-on CS-Cart eBay orders export add-on (click the Documentation tab), it can help to answer your questions.
Once you synchronized the add-on with the ebay, you can export orders. Go to Orders → View orders. To start exporting orders from eBay click “eBay update” button in the top right corner. Note! Export may take several seconds. If there are orders from eBay for a period specified in the add-on settings (Export period), they will appear on the orders page with an eBay icon.

Just purchased the Ebay add-on but it has a major issue as far as we are concerned, it does not handle taxes! We sell on Ebay with VAT inclusive prices but when they import into CS Cart, they come up with the same selling price but as VAT exclusive. There is no VAT breakdown which makes the add-on unusable for us as we are VAT registered.
Has anyone found a workable solution to this problem? Alt-Team have said that we would need to use their custom software service to fix it but I have to admit how a e-commerce package can be retailed that does not handle taxes. Real shame because otherwise the package looks to be a very useful tool in cutting down on the administration of selling on EBay.
Hello Paul Cooper!
We have discussed the taxes issue and came out to the conclusion that you are right. As a rule, e-commerce retailers work with taxes and it's a vital part of business. We have decided to include taxes in the default add-on functionality but it will take us some time. We will try to update the add-on in two weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Best regards, Alt-team
Thank you Alt-team for your prompt response and look forward to seeing the update as soon as you can.
Regards
Paul
