Adding Subscription Options

Very frustrated user here -

#1 - I need to know when you “chat” times are for PST

#2 - I tried setting up the subscription prices and I can not add the price???

Is that really the case?

I am in ORDERS > Recurring plans > Add seller -

and I entered my Monthly Seller Subscription but there is now where to add the price.

I don’t have products yet, so how am I supposed to get “vendors” to list, if they can’t sign up for a subscription?

Please ANSWER !!

I set 4 price settings up to reflect every thing as a RECURRING bill:

12 Month Sellers Subscription: Annually

1 Month Sellers Subscription for Monthly

3 Month Sellers Subscription for Annually

6 Months Sellers Subscription: Annually

12 Month Sellers Subscription: Annually

However there is no place to input a cost or a number except for months.

What am I missing?

How is that I have received no answer?

Can you please just respond to the questions I have written.

I am waiting for someone at CS Cart to answer questions on creating groups.

  1. First, do you need to set up groups in order to charge for subscriptions?

  2. The below increments are what I want to charge money for, how do I go about doing that.

12 Month Sellers Subscription: Annually

1 Month Sellers Subscription for Monthly

3 Month Sellers Subscription for Annually

6 Months Sellers Subscription: Annually

12 Month Sellers Subscription: Annually

I have searched through the whole book, and it isn't in there.

What amazes me is that it isn't clear - at all - how to make money at having the MV.

Why is it not clear how a person might make money?

Isn't that the whole point to purchasing a $900 multi vendor site?

ixxomultivendor have these:
Setup Vendor Groups to limit how many products they can publish.
Setup Subscription Packages (if enabled vendors will need to choose a subscription package during registration)

If you want support from cs-cart, go to My account - and open a support ticket.

This is a community forum. If people can help, they will (less so on the weekend) and if they can't, they are usually silent.

Also, I'd expect that a VERY SMALL percentage of the users of this forum have an MVE license.

Pls update what u find. TQ!
