I am looking for someone capable of making this modification:
basically I want to transform the Call request addon into a tool for my customers to upload their files for a product. So I need to insert a few additional fields into the popup form: a mulitple file upload field and a text box for their notes. The files they upload have to be downloadable in the call request table by administrator.
