I am trying to do something similar to the Criteria tab on this site:

Where each product will have a unique set of criteria. Since all products won’t have the same set, I don’t know of any way of adding the HTML except to do a unique HTML block for each product, but that is a lot of copying and pasting. It would be a lot easier if you could just tick some check boxes for each product, and the corresponding criterion would display on the page. Does anyone have any ideas for an easy way to do this?
