I am sure this is simple but I can not figure out how to get blocks to show on this page.
I am using this dispatch link in a custom menu index.php?dispatch=categories.catalog
From this I get a page that lists all the top level categories below root.
How do I get my sidebar blocks to show up on this page.

I figured this one out after taking a coffee break. Can't seem to find a way to delete a post.
