I ship form the Uk to places like Azores, Madeira, Balleric islands, these are not set up as countries as they are territories of countries like Portugal etc.
How do I add a new country, the country page dispatch=countries.manage doesnt allow to add a new one

I guess CSC doesn't want users messing with it.? Either request CSC to add them or edit the database and add them yourself.
Not sure if you can use duplicate country codes though.
Go to phpMyAdmin and add records to the following tables
- cscart_countries
- cscart_country_desscriptions
