Added (update) file not active

Hi everybody,

I am sure I did this before, but can not get t to work now: I sell software via my shop and now received an ‘update’ to a product from the author.

I ADDED the file to the existing product, made it available ‘immediate’ with the intention for existing customers to be able to download it from their account.

However, I can not get it to show as ‘active’ and have to activate the file manually for each customer. That’s not do-able.

How can I solve this problem I wonder??

The problem requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.
