Let me try to explain this a little more. I am sorry if I was a little confusing.
This is how CS-Cart works:
When I go into my administrationïƒ View Orderïƒ and click on the Status button a drop down appears. I leave the check marks in “Notify Customer†and “Notify Orders Departmentâ€. I them pick COMPLETE. This changes the status to complete and an email will get sent to the customer letting them know that there order is Complete.
What I want to do is edit the email that gets sent to the customer. Where is it that I edit the email?
