Add Reply To Completed Email To Customer

When I mark and item complete, I would like the software to add a comment or a reply in with the email that gets sent to the customer.
The statement that I would like to add would look something like this:
Please check our web pages for updates or corrections www.webupdates.com.

Could you please clarify what do you mean by "mark and item complete" ?

You can edit the order status.

Administration>order statuses>and select complete, then edit the template as you see fit

Let me try to explain this a little more. I am sorry if I was a little confusing.
This is how CS-Cart works:
When I go into my administrationïƒ View Orderïƒ and click on the Status button a drop down appears. I leave the check marks in “Notify Customer” and “Notify Orders Department”. I them pick COMPLETE. This changes the status to complete and an email will get sent to the customer letting them know that there order is Complete.
What I want to do is edit the email that gets sent to the customer. Where is it that I edit the email?

John is right. But if you do not use template editor, text can be edited in the order status settings
