Add Fields to Order Page?

Not sure how to title this one…



Here’s the deal… I own and operate a website where we produce custom products and normally send our customers a ticket using a third-party ticketing system. This way our clients can communicate back and forth with my staff regarding any samples and approve our work before it ships.



Thing is, I give my clients a link to our ticketing system but it asks for a code and they often forget. I’d love to be able to add a spot on the order page where I can paste in their ticket code.



Also, with that, my support team could look up an order in admin and see the ticket assigned to the client.

Sounds like you would be better off using an integrated system like the Helpdesk Addon for CS-Cart, it does everything you need and more - Sno
