we want to add a field on the order screen on backend for storing an info that the payment has been done for an order or not. Can some one please let us know which file is required to be modified to display that field on the order detail page in the backend. We have already added a field in order table. we should be able to edit the field when we edit the order.

How about adding a new order status which will mark the order as paid?

Thanks cs-cart rocks but that doesn't work for us since the status could be changed later to completed to close the order. This needs to be a field which we want to be marked so that we know we have paid the vendor the amount.

It needs to be a separate field only since we would like to filter orders based on it.

You should use Staff only notes for this.

and if you need a search by this field, you need a custom modification.
