I have encountered this problem, sometimes, when we tried to add a subcategory, instead of adding the one we want, we get double entry error msgs. when we back out of the category entry process, we found there are categories such as
TV
Speakers
Stereos
being added, where are irrelevant to our store. have you encountered the same problem? looks like as if in the system, there were already some categories in place.
Please advise.
