Is there a way to track:
1. Who the "account manager" is for a customer
2. Which sales rep takes or places an order?
You'd have to do an addon to track those associations. You'd have to add the account manager to the customer data and add the admin who placed an order to the order data. Then possibly have an alert if the two didn't match (depends on business process).
