Hello,
When setting up the sitemap with google webmaster, if my website is www.mysite.com/store
do I need to add in google webmaster account, www.mysite.com/store , www.mysite.com and mysite.com, do I need to add all three to google webmaster account? or just one I need?
Any help will be much appreciated.

Wherever your sitemap is located, so if in root you need wwwyoursite.com/sitmap.xml
or in subfolder
wwwyoursite.com/catalog/sitemap.xml

I can't locate my site sitemap, its not in my root or my subfolder. Anyone know where I can fine it?
It's in /var/cache/ but it's redirected to the root.

Yes, I can't fine it any where in tmyh root folder.
Go to admin>addons>google sitemap, then edit
in there is some info as to how to get to it, do you have seo enabled ? read the info and follow the link see if you can get to it that way Tom

I assume you have tried the solution the page shows; clear the cache?

I had tried that and it still don't work.
have you tried uninstalling both addons then re install them and then re generate the sitemap

Will that be a problem for my website?
and I still can't fine the sitemap location in my root folder.
