I’m not sure why this was never done before, but there needs to be a way to add fields to or edit registration forms.
For example, on the affiliate signup form, I would like to ask them for their website url and a few other questions like "how do you market your site (through pay per click campaigns?), do you represent an advertising network, do you own the site you will be marketing our products with?, etc, that are beneficial when approving affiliates.
Customers>Profile Fields. The Affiliate Show/Required checkboxes appear once the Affiliate addon is installed and active. You can then add fields and uncheck show/required checkboxes for all except affiliates.

Thank you. BUT the affiliate addon is activated because I have crated a test affiliate account and have access to banners and text links that I've created. Yet, in admin under Profile Fields, there is only Contact Information, Billing Address, Shipping Address. I have nothing setup for affiliate. Do I need to change something in settings?
