Ability To Add Something To Every Product On Website In One Go

Hi Guys

We use the promo text field usally for a generic banner etc rather than text relating to just that item.

However, If I want to change that banner or text I have to edit each and every product on the website which takes time.

If someone could make a mod that edits the promo text field of every product on the website in one click - I think that would be very handy!

Export required products, open csv in excell, add one value to the Promo text column and import products back

Can I only export 100 products at a time?

I go to Products, change list to show 100. Select All, go the next page to select the next 100 items but the previous 100 don't stay selected. I can only figure out how to get to the export page with 100 products in the range to export.

Add &items_per_page=500 to the URL on the Manage product page
