It would be nice to see the Abandon Carts of customers in the administrator.
For those customers that have registered on the site we could then perhaps survey these folks to determine the reason for not purchasing. I’m not suggesting survey functions in CS Cart but just the means to retrieve Abandon Shopping Cart info.
A solution for this would be nice in the future. I though about it aswell.
A feature like this would be great - especially if you could use the list of orders to generate a mailing list. This would allow the store owner to contact (respecting customer opt-in) a customer with new product/pricing/sale information.
