Abandon carts has no data

I have been running 2.1.2 for a few days now and have no data in abandoned carts. Any thoughts? Thanks.

You may not have any abandoned carts then.

I’ve abandoned my own cart… and no show. We were on 1.3.5 a few days we were getting about 30 abandoned carts a day.

We are rcvng (& logging) several abondoned carts per day on 2.1.2, so “something” is wrong on your end. :wink: (BTW, this is historically normal for us.)

I’m having the same issue. I’m not showing abandoned carts either and I have abandoned my own cart.
