I mite be late, be the Live Help software has been update. There is a new download in the admin panel dated 10/30.
I had problem with the last Live Help it would not install one of my computer and once you started to chat it would disconnect. I install the new release and it worked with no problem.

I never really go to the file area 
I think there is a stable release available now. It seems to be working fine so far
