404 Page Not Found. On Trying To Update Product Quantity

When I click on Quantity Update (Modifier - see attached image) I am getting an error "404 Page not found".

This is happening since we did the last upgrade.

Any suggestion on how to resolve it ?

Since option combinations were removed from the core recently, this link does not work anymore.
