4.5.2 Not Being Able To Upload From Local (Graphics)

Having recently been upgraded to 4.5.2 I find that I am unable to upload graphics from within 'Pages' from the local machine.

Is this a peculiarity of this version or is there another issue underlying.

Any suggestions or help more than appreciated.

I have no issue, something else is going on with your install.

Hmmmm since it was upgraded to 4.5.2 I am having some really weird issues with this....
