Well that is for you to decide. CS-Cart adds URL's that you change automatically to the 301 redirects section. Meaning that any old traffic still using that link will be sent to the correct url the next time. So I suggest keeping it as it can do no harm to get some more traffic, right?
Looks like you moved from using http to https. Hence you now have 301's for the non-https pages.
All looks correct from here.
