Has anybody used 2checkout sucessfully with cs-cart?
Is the payment page slow or is it quick?
I saw one site using cs-cart and 2checkout together had a really slow load time when it was redirecting to 2checkout so the customer could make the payment.
Please let me know your suggestions on using 2checkout.

Using it successfully. I would not say 2checkout is slow in any way, “ugly” checkout - YES.
