How set the listing to 3 or 4 columns instead of 2-columns in the subcategory listing. See attach for better explanation.
Also, Is there any planning to activate the subcategory image in the next release of cs-cart?

Got it, just following the post Show category image on category products page?.
In the file view.tpl (located in skin/current_skin/customer/view/categories) modiffy the line 5 to: default:“4” .
Should be a sticky with all this kind of “minimal”, “1-word” changes that upgrade the look of the cart.
