2.0.10 upgraded --> user group/membership problem

Dear all, I upgraded to 2.0.10 last night. Other than the admin, the rest of the administrator type under other user group no longer work. They can login the admin area, but receive access denied. Please advice where to re-active their status. Thank you!

This works properly for me on an upgraded site but I know that some have had problems after the 2.0.9 upgrade.



You can try these:

  1. Check the privileges set for the user groups?
  2. Create new user group with privileges and see if this fixes the issue

actually, it works. I need to go under each admin’s profile to “active” the user group. Thank you1

Try removing the user from the “administrator user group”. This should restore all administrator priviledges.
