1 P*** off Customer


After discussions with Vladimir @ CS-Cart he has come to my rescue and is now assisting me with updating my cart  . There seemed to be a misunderstanding which can happen, so I decided to change this post as it was unfair and wrote it in the heat of the moment.


Thats odd… My version of 1.3.2 had an upgrade area.

I have had a pretty good experience with CS the last few months but there may be problems. I have used the helpdesk and had replies fairly promptly however my support has now ran out! I also think they should have someone working weekends and/or 24/7 - time differences and all.

I hope you luck changes for the better soon, CS is a great software package and I think most people have good reports as far a support goes.
