Disable addon "Call request" in Addons->Manage addons.

If you still want to use Call request functionality, go to the Add-ons->Manage add-ons -> Call requests page and disable the "Enable the "Buy now with one click" option" option

CS-Cart does not have such ability out of the box. Additional custom development work is required to do it

Could you give more details? Why don't you just disable this addon?
