Hi

 

Is there anybody that could help me in the correct direction of getting the iFrame ti work how I want it to work?
Currently making use of a button my code is:

<form method="post" action="dispatch[index.pre|fn_hook1]">

                <input type="button" value="Customise" name="dispatch[index.pre|fn_hook1]" onclick="window.open.href=window.open ('MYURLHERE','popup','width=800,height=800'); return false;">

</form>

 

However I want this to open in the same window so you can still see the shop header and footer.

 

Any help is appreciated.

#302429 Two Payments Taken

Hi

 

I have an issue with CS-Cart; has anybody else had this issue/know how to fix it?

 

We had a customer place an order with their bank card which failed. They then received a payment failed email. They then paid via PayPal from another account which worked however money was taken from their card too so we recieved two payment.

 

Can anybody help with this so it does not happen in the future?

 

Any help/advice is appreciated.

It looks like the payment method was not well configured. It looks like the payment processor did not receive a response from the payment system. Do you have a set address in PayPal where to receive payment notification in Profile website payments on PayPal ?

Thanks for the reply.

 

Yes there is a set address in PayPal.

 

Why would this have happened with a card payment?

 

I only found out this happened because the customer emailed me which made me look at past orders that are incomplete but some have been paid.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Hi

 

I am using cs-cart. A customer has placed an order but emailed in saying the order is incomplete. I have found the order ID in incomplete orders. The payment has been taken. Why has this come through to incomplete order? The customer also used a card method not PayPal.

 

I have this same issue with a user who used PayPal and again the money has been taken from the customer.

 

How can I prevent this from happening in future and why has this happened?

 

Any help would be really appreciated.
