hi after update and also on the clean install the last name and name from the shipping adres are not showing in the backend

 

also on the invoice its only showing the invoice name and lastname and for dropshipping this is not working.

 

anyone know how to fix this we tryed everything also on invoice but nothing is working so i think this bug is not fixed yet but taking longtime.

 

 

i have added screenshots from the clean latest version install there is the same proplem

Hi

after some updates i see that the tax on the invoice is not showing anymore

in the editer its still there and when i do a preview i see the taxes but on the real order and in the back panel not

 

is the taxes changed in a update how to fix this its on my multivendor store

There are two possible reasons

 

- IPN are not sent by PayPal due to wrong settings

 

- IPN are declined by your server

hi for what i know i have no restrictions or blockes on the server is there a way to check this
becuase its a 1 on 1 copy from my other server

Is your store-front opened?

yes they are all open

 

its on all the stores on the new server

its realy crazy its a snapshot copy from my other server so all settings everything is the same

i even activate a 2e new server and done the same there and there is also this problem

also on diverent IPs also so i tryed realy almost everything

Off the top of my head, the only thing I can think of is make sure that openssl is installed.  Other than that, you need to look at logs for errors.

hi i added a new server and installed it from a snapshot from my other server so that everything is the same

only problem i have is paypal when payment is made the order on the site is still open but on my account its payed

when i put the site back on my other server then i dont have this problem anymore

 

anyone know what to do to fix this.

yes the latest i know

but i have one shop thats to difficult to upgrade because i have every 30mins orders

so if there is something wrong then i have a bigger problem

so that i can see all customers and how mutch they both with us

 

i have more there 9000 customers but i  can see what customers are never buying then i need to open 1 buy 1 to check

i like to delete the non users to clean up the store.

Hi you need to add them to the same variation in the features tab and the add there then it works

New fields will not displayed automatically. You should add them to invoice using corresponding placeholders

ok how to i do this because in the older version they showed up on the side to add them

Administration -> Notifications -> Documents -> Invoice -> Products table

Administration -> Notifications -> Documents -> Order summary -> Products table

 

Looks like you did not translate columns of table with products

Thx Ecom forgot the order summary to change

 

you have any idea what can it be that i dont see the extra profile field in the document editor to customise the invoice and packingslip

hi im working on a new clean store

i changed the invoice in the backend to dutch

only when i make a order and i get the email some text are still english

dont know where i can find this tryed many things

 

Also i added Kvk and Tax Number to the profile fields but i cant find it showing up in the invoice editor to add them on the invoice also added screenshots

 

 

see the email screenshot the grey field is what need to be changed

 

i have no custom addon installed

The language variable is: product_variations.variations_list_tab_name

And you can change it from the Adminstration/Languages/Translations page.
