File name? placing order.... Need help

We want to add "Please don't click your browser's 'Back' button while your order is processing" on the placing order page (the page which shows for sometime before order confirmation).... what is the file to make the changes?

iDevAffiliate - Affiliate Software package

Hi All,

Has anyone used this software package with CS-Cart? They list compatible with CS-Cart
http://www.idevdirec...tegrations.php. Submitted generic question asking how it works with CS-Cart and got reply from there support..

What you'll do is enable the CS-Cart integration in the cart integration wizard. That will give you instructions that tell you to place provided code into this file:

/skin/[your-template]/customer/views/orders/details.tpl

There is no "hook" it's just editing the above template file.

Any suggestions before we buy the package will be appreciated.

Affiliate sign-up email for admin?

Pretty sure we are missing this.. how to setup that when one signs for affiliate that admin gets email notification to alert that he needs to approve the account.

Using ver 2.2.4. Question - How to make payment earned by affliate? Is this manual process i,e to issue check or anyone know how it can be automated viz.. payment by paypal etc..

Please guide with suggestions.
