In Topic: Can we pay to remove branding in Twigmo?

11 January 2013 - 03:22 PM

Hello neigoro,

Yes, it is possible to remove Twigmo copyright from the bottom of your mobile store pages, but this option is available only on commercial Twigmo plans:

http://www.cs-cart.c...igmo.html#plans

As you have less than 10,000 products in your store, the plan Basic ($9 per month or $90 per year) is enough for you.

Please submit a ticket in our Customer Help Desk to get an invoice or ask any other questions about Twigmo plans and conditions.

Thank you.

In Topic: Twigmo 2.4 upgrade causing loss of touch sensitivity

11 January 2013 - 02:27 PM

Hello Daniel,

First of all, thank you for using Twigmo. Both your regular and mobile sites look great.

We apologize that the latest Twigmo release contains several bugs (that you found) and it caused the inconvenience for your mobile site visitors. Of course, you do not have to pay us to get these bugs fixed. It is our full obligation.

I am sorry that we were unable to reproduce the problem yesterday and you had to provide additional evidences and spent a lot of time testing your mobile site with such a number of mobile devices. But it helped us to localize the problem, thank you for providing so many details.

We did our best to fix all the bugs as soon as possible:

1) The problem of missing the new skin on the Twigmo settings page in your CS-Cart admin panel was caused by using a secure connection, that was not supported properly. We have published a patch for all Twigmo 2.4 users:

http://forum.cs-cart...page-via-https/

This patch has been applied to your CS-Cart installation by our support team.

2) The other problems with touch sensitivity were caused by a single bug in the "Product Added to Cart" dialog box (a new feature of Twigmo 2.4). We updated Twigmo scripts on our servers and the touch sensitivity problem (including the disappearing search box) has gone. No changes are required on your side.

Please check your mobile site with your Android and iOS devices (now we do not see any problem with the same devices) and let us know the result.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience these issues may have caused.

Thank you.

Yes, it was disabled when we tried to resolve the problem with the malware on the Forums.

We have enabled the Google search feature now.

Thank you all for the assistance and feedback regarding the fake banners displayed on the Forums. Unfortunately, our forum software had a couple of vulnerabilities about which the software creators did not inform us on time, so our Forums were infected with malware JavaScript code. No user emails or personal data were leaked.

We have patched our forum software and deleted the infected files. Now everything should be fine.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

I just got it again via a Google search, 1.23pm GMT.
We are sorry to hear the problem is still there.

Unfortunately, nobody from our staff was able to see these strange pictures (result of the malware) "in action", so it is a bit difficult to understand where this code loads from.

Can anyone save the full source code of the HTML page when they see the picture in question next time and PM me the file? We will appreciate any assistance.

Thank you in advance.
