Order Email Recieved With Prices Changed

HI

Can someone help to explain this to me, I received an order from my CS-Cart site, The order was declined by my credit card processor and was not dispatched.

Here is the problem,

The order in the admin shows one product the value of which is €750

But the order email I received shows two products

The first one should have a value of €361.62 but is shown as €0.00  (this is not in the order in the admin of the cart)

The second which is the product that should have been €750 has been changed to €635.59

 

any help appreciated.

Tax Check Box Ticked By Default

In admin when setting up a product I would like the tax check box to be ticked by default. What file do I need to modify.

Prices Without Vat In Admin

Hi Guys

I have been using CS Cart of quite a while now, But this is only becomming an issue now. I not sure if this is possible or is there an add-on for it.

When I put in a price for a product, Price or list price. I want to be able to enter it minus the Vat and display this price on the front end. But also display the Vat inclusive price.

Currently I have to put in the price including the Vat in the admin and it displays a message on the site "includes Vat"

This is quite inconvinient as my accounts package only works with figures excluding VAT. and I want to be able to import and export between the site and the accounts package. 

 

Am I missing some setting.

Issue With Customers Checkout

Hi Guys

I know this may be simple but just can't find the cause. On my site when a customer does to checkout and sellects to register as a new customer.

They register and it take them directly to billing, They do not get to fill in there name address or shipping details.

The area to even fill in the details is not visable at all, only the shipping options and billing options are available.

The customer gets to checkout but PayPal will not accept the payment and the order shows with no customer details and these can not be added even by editing the order.

 

I also note that when I login as a customer and go to account/profile that the address and shipping fields are not displayed to allow for editing.

 

I might add that this is a multi store installation and I do not have this issue on the other stores.

 

Nothing has been changed except upgrading to the latest version of CS Cart.
