You can delete the admins from the database in the table 'cscart_users'.

#299293 Google Index Fallen Off The Cliff

Posted by martfox on 29 March 2018 - 09:36 AM

This i assume is set up automatically with the Cs-Cart Add on Google Analytics when the UA- code is entered in to the Google Analytics account number: field box.

Yes, this is an option as well. But the Google Webmaster Tools verification code (page like mentionted in my post above) has to be made manually. Or as mentionted on their help page, you can 'link' the analytics with WMT, but I'm not sure if that works. Safer is to make it on the default way.

Apologies i did not explain correctly.

Do i have to create new file for google html code in the root directory then upload file info?

You can download the page e.g. 'google788ae000633f0000.html' directly and then upload it to your site root.

#298864 What Is The Best Web Hosting For Cs-Cart In United State?

Posted by martfox on 25 March 2018 - 01:51 PM

What is the best web hosting for CS-cart in United state?

We would like to build a online business website with CS-cart

Any help would be great.

If you don't have a CS-Cart license yet, you can host your cart on one of our US servers one year free of charge. You have just to pay your lifetime CS-Cart license for $345.00 one time. Here is the link:

If you currently  have a license, then you can go with our shared hosting, VPS or dedicated managed servers:

#294491 My Cs-Cart Is To Slow, Why?

Posted by martfox on 01 February 2018 - 03:14 AM

As I said many times here to related questions - the issues are mostly caused by wrong configured servers or less hardware resources. Here you can see a fresh installation of CS-Cart MV on a VPS server:

and here is the test:

Add to

responsive / templates / addons / my_changes / hooks / index / head_scripts.post.tpl

{literal}
<!--Start of Tawk.to Script-->

...

<!--End of Tawk.to Script-->
{/literal}

Must have the 'My changes' add-on enabled in the admin area in top menu > Add-ons > Manage add-ons.

To setup My Changes addon:
Enable Addon: My Changes.
Create: 'my_changes' > 'hooks' > 'index' folders starting from the 'addons' folder.

P.S. I can't find any documentation regarding the 'My changes' add-on on http://docs.cs-cart.com/4.6.x/

#286699 Fastcomet Hosting

Posted by martfox on 21 October 2017 - 10:03 PM

During two weeks evaluation our site with CS Cart Multivendor was down

The plan you are on, is a usual shared plan so the 6 cores and RAM will be shared across all accounts/users on this server. That means if there are some busy sites on that server it will slow down all another applications of another users.

Maybe you are the one who is using unacceptable server resources and you have been shut down.

Secondly I think that running Multivendor on a shared web hosting won't work from the long-term point of view.

I would recommend a VPS server at least.

#286648 Strange Files Are Core.24397 Created In My Ftp Folder

Posted by martfox on 20 October 2017 - 10:29 PM

Many thanks for your a reply. I have asked server people to do this. But they said..... "That line is not valid for the httpd configuration. I attempted to add it and Apache refused to load the configuration." Any further advice on this please.

Sure, it depends on the server configuration and OS. Anyway if they are the server administrators, they may to know, in which "place/file" have to put the line. The file location and name can be different for each server/configuration. For example "/etc/security/limits.conf" for (Linux), "etc/default/apache2" (Debian) and so on.

If this has been done, you can check the output by executing this command:

ulimit -a
If the core-dump-file-creation has been disabled, then the output should looks like this:

# ulimit -a
core file size          (blocks, -c) 0

Posted by martfox on 20 October 2017 - 12:01 PM

Core files are usually not present as a result of a hack.
Core files are memory dumps of a process that crashed, in this case, probably php.
Core dumps typically have a file name like: core####.

If you run Apache and have a VPS or dedicated server, you can add this line to your '/etc/init.d/httpd' file, below other ulimit setting:

ulimit -c 0

You have to look, if the site exist, or not. Also you will have to edit/change the link to that page or file, or delete the link, if it points to no exist page/file.
