Cs-Cart 4.3.9 To Cs-Cart 4.5.2.sp2

24 May 2017 - 08:21 AM

What is the exact upgrade path ?

Is it 4.3.9 to 4.3.10 to.....

Asking because to relevant files are not displaying in the file

area of my Help Centre.

Also, is it recommended that an expert do it ?

The system doesn't appear to play nicely with non-gurus.

Admin Name Being Sent To New Users ?

25 February 2017 - 11:32 PM

I have x'd out sensitive stuff.

In settings I ticked 'Administrator must activate new user accounts'

then registered a new account.

The new account default was 'disabled'.

I made it active and left 'Notify user' ticked.

The new user received the email below ( displaying my admin name ).

The profile owned by "xxxxxxxxxxxx@westnet.com.au" has been newly created, you should check the details of this user (if required) and activate it by using the following link:
http: // www.xxxxxxxxxxxxx. com/mysecretadminname.php?dispatch=profiles.update&user_id=326

We hope you enjoy your visits to xxxxxxxxxx.

I thought our admin name was supposed to be kept a secret.

Service Unavailable ?

12 January 2017 - 09:37 PM

Store front is fine ( sort of ). The main page displays ( and I can navigate around all links ) but clicking on any listed product makes it fall over.

I guess because the admin end is not functioning. Go to admin and login screen shows but after logging in I get 'service unavailable'.

I haven't touched anything prior. Working fine before I went to sleep now nothing nice.

License verification problem ????

I don't have the faintest idea.

Weird Category Names After Upgrade.

10 January 2017 - 12:02 AM

Hi guys.

My cart is now working just fine but since the upgrade performed by CS-Cart support

there are 2 new category names that are just copies of old product titles.

Weird stuff.

All I want to know is if I can safely delete them.

I would ask support but you know what they are like.

"Sorry, you have no credits"...lol. Not really that funny I suppose.

Erroraccess Denied: Possible Csrf Attack

31 December 2016 - 03:25 AM

Just tried to edit the name of a filter ( in this case 'Designer' ).

When I clicked Save & Close I received the following error

message in the top right. It was in the CS-Cart box that usually

displays 'upgrade available' etc.

Erroraccess Denied: Possible Csrf Attack x  the same type of nag box that

advises 'upgrade available' etc
