The bad part you do not list is T-Hub wants to charge you $200 MORE for each additional shopping cart. Not to mention, if you want to be able to connect to UPS or Fedex it will cost you $500 out of the gate and another $150 for “support.” So if you have a site, ebay and amazon you are going to pay $1000 to use T-Hub. For some reason this number just doesn’t make sense next to the price of the shopping cart we bought (although I understand CS is worth more).

I’m also pretty sure the inventory sync does not work with CS yet. If you go to the following link it does not say you can update inventory from Quickbooks.

We are currently checking out…

http://www.writeitonce.com/

…to see how it works. This is the 4th program we are trying.

Clips,

I have used writeitonce for several years with another cart.

Without the import into Quickbooks from them, I would not be able to process my orders. The script also simultaneously exports to an Endicia database. Don’t have to retype for shipping labels.

They seem to be able to write scripts for anything. I have not used the acvanced functions. Will be asking them to write a script for me for cs-cart for 2.0.

Let us know how you make out.

Bob

We have not heard back from writeitonce.com as of yet. They said it would be 24 hours, but I guess it may be longer if they do not already have an import for CS. I guess they could still be on holiday too.

We are currently sampling …

…but the setup is kind of crazy and we have not gotten it to be able to import the .iif from CS-Cart files yet. I’m not for if we will be able to import CS or not.

We downloaded and setup writeitonce.com today! So far I am very impressed!! I was on the phone with Jose for an hour today going over the many options and setting up not only CS, but also Ebay and Amazon for import in to Quickbooks.

I did not get to try out the export to endicia or UPS, but we are purchasing this weekend and very much looking forward to how it can streamline a few other parts of our operation.

So as stated in other post, THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTION!

I wanted to make sure I understood the pricing from T-Hub so I emailed them for more detail.

Here is my contact question…
I have been looking at your t-hub pro for a couple of weeks now. I

am very confused on the price. Can you please tell me how much it would

cost to have the t-hub pro for two CS-Cart shopping cart, ebay and Amazon.
Here is their reply to me…
The price will be as follows

T-HUB professional license for one online store = $500

Additional store license = $200 *3 = $600 ($200 per additional store)

Total license cost = $1100

On the purchase page below, you can select the number of stores = 4 to

arrive at the above pricing

Let me know if any other questions

I guess I may be alone in my thinking, but I believe their pricing is off base.

Tell me more about writeonce.com - I went to look and did not see anything specific to CS-Cart.

I’m still trying to work with the product configurator…the problem that I’m seeing is that I’m not sure CS-Cart is going to do what I thought it was going to to do

i.e. In this specific situation - I have a saddlemaker - some of the components that he sells are also accessories, which I have set up separately - but I also need to be able to import into qb’s the components so that they can track the number that were sold as components to the saddles – we are NOT tracking by inventory –

has anyone done this type of set up successfully w/export?

Hope to hear soon - this is a project that has been put on hold constantly because of issues with another customer/cart - and because of the difficulty and the need to focus on this completely w/o interruption, I’ve not been able to - I appreciate any advice (including on writeonce) in advance.

Thanks

Lorri Nevil

Hi Lorri,

Also checkout Webgility.com as they offer a very nice looking product to automate getting your CS-Cart online store orders into Quickbooks as well as automating the shipping process. We have been doing some testing of their product & it seems quite impressive so far! (Also considerably less expensive vs Atandra!)

We use writeitonce.com. They do not list CS, because they were working with it. Right now they have it coded to CS 1.3.5 sp4 but I do not know if they have made it work with anything else.

The only down sides with them is

 1. If you buy it, then 3 months later ebay changes 1 column then they will want to charge you to “upgrade” what you just bought.
 2. Their response time is often slow. They started out fast, but within a couple of weeks of trying to get it up and running they often delayed.
 3. They appear to only have 1 employee and must have outsourced people do the programming.
