Default blog view on cs-cart is very untidy.

There is title, image and almost all information on one page.

How to make 3 column grid style view for blog page?

Try to open the design/themes/THEME/templates/addons/blog/hooks/pages/page_extra.pre.tpl and replace
with

Then clear cache. Possibly some additional CSS changes will be required

Thanks,but still blog is very badly designed. It does not have any short description and direct opens all information on blog`s main page.

To add short description you can use the CUT tag.

And I agree with you that the current design is very poor
