Hi,

 

I have 2 people working on order processing for 8 store fronts.

However, their admin accounts can only access the main store. Ultimate cs-cart edition.

 

How do i allow them access to another store?

Try to set company_id = 0 and is_root = Y in the cscart_users for these administrators
