I personally think these would be great features added to CS Cart, let me know if I am wrong, and feel free to bash. . .
1. Read more toggle: The ability to add a toggle that says "read more", "more" or whatever the site owner desires to text field. Would be a great feature on product pages.
Examples:
http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/22nd_Century_Triple_Trout_Swimbaits/descpage-CTTS.html
2. Buttons on banners: Simple buttons that are able to be implemented on banners and in text fields. I know you can technically use image mapping on banners and create your own button within the image but not the same effect to me.
3. Ability to create a 100% custom menu, drag and drop categories or custom links with the ability to leave some out.
4. Ability to create a "brands" scroller where you can select which brands you want to display. Not display all brands at once. Essentially a featured brands scroller... To the same effect as the new vendor display.
5. This one might be a little crazy, but a way to charge a flat rate on MultiVendor where no matter how many different vendors the customer buys from 1 or 10, it charges the customer a flat rate fee of $7 for example. Is this possible?
6. (The Big One) I have spoke with Simtech previously on this one, they say it can be done but it's pricey (If anyone is willing to throw in on cost i'm game! $1500 - $2000 per platform). There is already ebay and etsy synchronization why not integrate product inventory with our vendors actual stores / websites. Would be a great feature and in my opinion set CS Cart apart from literally everyone in the industry. I don't think the "MONSTER" Amazon offers this kind of inventory automation.
Example: New vendor syncs his or her website inventory to mine (Anythingsportsman.com). We both now have 50 of (example product) in stock.
Customer goes to vendors actual website and purchases (example product). Inventory goes from 50 to 49 on their website, but it also goes from 50 to 49 on Anythingsportsman.com, and vise versa if the sale were to happen on my or "our multi vendor" websites.
To be short and sweet, it would be awesome for multi vendor sites to mimic our vendors inventory so there is no issues with inventory control. (apparel and shoes are a huge hassle)
Inventory synchronization with the major shopping carts. Woocommerce, Shopify, Bigcommerce, Magento, Volusion (Hate It, none of the footer links seem to ever work!), 3D Cart, Big Cartel, etc. You get where I am going with this one.
If anyone agrees with me on any of these "awesome" soon to be features let me know. As stated above feel free to let me know what you think about them whether you think they are dumb or not!
Thanks CS Cart Community and Contributors!
