Different Filters For Categories

Hello,

I am trying to create different filters for every categorie in my store, i create the filter and select to follow in the specific categorie that i want to be shown but somehow in the filters sidebar for every categorie are shown only the filters that i have selected to be shown in all the categories but not the filters that i have selected to be in specific categories, can anyone help?? I tred adding the specific filetes for every categorie and subcategorie in their layout section but still nothing,

I dont understand why this might be happening, any ideas?

At first please try to reproduce the issue on the demo store. Possibly there is a bug there

It is hard to answer on your questions without examination. Start from checking product feature and product filter categories

I have checked and its everything ok as you have attached in the files, thats why i cant understand what is happening :(

Try to contact CS-Cart support team or hire someone to examine the issue

I had this same issue and this is how I solved it. I assigned the category to the filter as you did. When I looked at the page with the category, the filter was not there.

So I went to the tempate it self: Design:Layouts

I selected categories which loaded the blocks for that template. You will see the Product Filters block. Click on the wheel icon for "block options". That will pull up the "Editing block: Product filters". Click on the "Content" tab. You will see the filters applied to the categories. If you need a specific category you will see the following link (this is what I have since I had two different category types with different filters:

This block instances have different content for

2 categories
Click on that "2" link will give you the categories available. Select one and it will take you to the Editing category screen, the url will be "?dispatch=categories.update&category_id=983" In my case it was category id 983, this will be different for you.
In the page you can click on "Layouts" where you will be able to click on block options for the product filters block. You can then assign whichever filter is available for that page.
