That's a good idea. what i exactly am looking for is exclusive banners for vendor store but not giving the ability to all vendors to have/change their own banners. i want it to be depends on both vendor plan and vendor user group. i think this can be a paid option for vendors. for vendors who don't buy the option, store owner can set a general banner.

You are right. beside banners and sub-domain for vendors, there are a lot of other things that CS-MV needs to work on more deeply. store owners need to have more control on vendors behaviors. as we both are agree, we (store owners) don't like to give some abilities/facilities to all vendors. Beside, we need some separations. for example, Reward points. after many communications with some developers, i haven't found what i wanted for a reasonable price, so i eventually decided to disable the add-on at all. i will create a new topic for that in the next some minutes. take a look if you are interested.
For vendor banner, there is an add-on on the marketplace but its problem is the same. i mean control. by installing it, all vendors will be able to have their own banner. but i want to give this ability to some of them according their plans or groups. here is the address:

I've read the topic and understand that you'd like more customizability in terms of which vendors can add banners, and which vendors can't. But I thought I should mention that there is actually a way to add banners for a vendor even without any changes to Multi-Vendor code.
A vendor can add an HTML block, then upload the file of the banner in Administration → Files → Public files. After that the vendor can copy the link to the image, add an HTML block to his or her microstore, and insert the image into that block.
This way does require allowing vendors to edit layouts, but you can limit the ability of specific vendor's administrators to do so by assigning them to a user group that forbids editing blocks.

I can't say anything about the add-on you mentioned (it'd be best if you asked the developers of the add-on). As for my solution, I only tested it with one non-animated banner (there shouldn't be a problem with animated GIF banners either). Adding a slider with different banners linking to different pages into an HTML block is possible, but would require some additional work.
We will think about adding this functionality to our add-on.

I tried your mentioned method. it is working, but i couldn't find a way to prevent a usergroup for editing blocks.

Unfortunately, I can't provide a step-by-step instruction for this. It borders on "custom development", although I believe that any possible modification required would be a simple one. For example, when you add a slider to a static HTML page, you just reference the slider's JS file in the HTML code and then create a
with proper classes. If I had to implement it, I'd try a similar approach in CS-Cart/Multi-Vendor.

Not yet, we discuss this functionality with management. Now you can add only background.
We incorporated something like this in our MVE shop, combining it with a tab add-on so customers could switch between a vendor store front and company profile.
It required a couple new database entries for the new uploadable items in the vendor admin (storefront and profile banners) and some minor adjustments to templates to then display them. Seems like it could be added easily by any competent developer.

I'm wondering why CS-Cart didn't think about having these feature for Vendors. I believe this is a must add-on to be available for vendors to be able to have their own banner in their microstore.
