Need Help - Moving Store To New Domain

hi all,

i am new to cscart and asking for help/ step by step guide,

so, i got my store at www.1 and would like to move to www.2 with all settings and products,

btw, i have already ask support for help but no respond from them yet.

cs cart v4.7.1 sp1
