Error: ".po" Translation Files Located At "var/cache/misc/tmp/language_Pack" Is Incorrect

Hi,

Whenever I try to update the language package with new translation I get the following error .. help please

Try to delete the 'cache' folder.

I only imported the .po files directly and it worked with me .. (addon .po file)
