This might affect SEO score. I think this does not cause a problem because the notification 'resources from an unsecure domain' only applies when it is different from the root, this may vary per browser so I suggest you fix it.
I took a quick peek at your website and noticed that all your banners and such have non-secure links, so I suggest starting there. This can also be seen in the footer of the website, with the blog url.
