Is there any possibility to add input for getting email address for Request a Call addon ?

Yes, you can email to the following template
design/themes/THEME/templates/addons/call_requests/views/call_requests/components/call_requests_content.tpl
But note that the cscart_call_requests table does not contain column for e-mail, so it also should be extended

Also you will need to add the entered user's e-mail on the call requests page in the admin panel: design/backend/templates/addons/call_requests/views/call_requests/manage.tpl.
